SCENERIO 1)

From a business point of view it is important to understand your rights within a contract. Knowing what you are agreeing to and what is legally binding. Contracts seem to always be written in language made to trick or confuse one. Disadvantage's is I feel there is always a loop hole and it's just understanding what is written in the contract and understanding both parties responsibilities.

SCENERIO 2)

I chose environmental laws. Right now everyone should want to protect our Earth, she is in trouble in many areas. It is important for businesses to invest in doing whatever possible to help in conservation efforts. More and more people are starting to see the effects we as humans have on what is happening to our environment. This could also be a hard thing for businesses. Being able to make goods requires some negative effects on the environment. However, I think most businesses can look for smaller steps rather than looking at the big picture. All of the smaller steps can lead to big changes.
