Benson, Commissioner of Banks, in payment of Dividend No. 10 of 5% on your claim against the First State Bank, Elgin, Minnesota. This makes ten dividends totalling 60% paid to the creditors of this bank and, if you have not received all of these checks, you should notify this Department Yours very truly, at once.
