There are 2 required parts to the project: 1. Target Audience worksheet 2. Customer Journey worksheet The target audience and customer journey build on your SMART Goal and KPIs. Review criteria You will be graded out of 10 points, with 5 points possible for the Target Audience persona and 5 points possible for the Customer Journey map, based on your completion of the specific requirements for each: Target Audience (2 pt) The target audience has a need(s) that the selected business directly serves. (1 pt) The submission lists key statistical data including age, gender, household income, education/occupation, and location. (1 pt) The submission includes at least 3 interests of the target audience that somehow relate to the selected business. (1 pt) The submission includes at least 3 behaviors related to the selected business which the target audience engages in regularly. Map your Customer's Journey (1 pt) The Awareness phase describes when the target audience is most receptive to the product. (1 pt) The Interest phase describes how products are related to the target audience's needs. (1 pt) The Desire phase demonstrates how the product fits into the target audience's life. (1 pt) The Conversion phase explains how to influence the target audience to take action. (1 pt) The Advocacy phase explains how the target audience will be made into an advocate for the business.
