Luna just opened her bakery in downtown Louisville. She believes social media can help her build awareness of her bakery and to build a customer base. Luna believes having a unique combination of hand-made donuts, cupcakes, and wedding cakes provides her with an advantage over other the other stores such as Krispy Kreme or Dunkin' Donuts. Luna's market research showed that in addition to its convenient location, customers enjoy (a) being able to order a variety of baked goods from one place, and (b) a traditional bakery where instead of machines, talented bakers produce all the delicious food.
