The Engine Control Unit (ECU; Node 1) broadcasts engine speed (RPM) as a 16-bit unsigned integer on the CAN bus with the standard CAN identifier 0x41C. Write out the sequence of bits (0 = dominant, 1 = recessive) seen on the bus in the arbitration field of the CAN frame transmitted by the ECU.
