The Sports and Co-curriculum Department of Pejabat Pelajaran Negeri Pahang is responsible in managing pupils across the state of Pahang who are talented in sports to bring them forward to compete in sports competitions of higher levels. The department is very much looking forward to develop an information system that is capable of managing pupils' complete and accurate information to develop their sports talents. The system should be able to identify and select the best pupils to perform in district, state and national levels sports events. The system will automatically produce list of pupil names who are eligible to be shortlisted in accordance to the stated requirements as per the following: ● ● ● ● All students are not eligible if their latest examination results did not achieve 70%. In order to be eligible to be named as representatives for district, state or national level, the students must have won at least one (1) gold medal in school sports competitions. Students who are unable to meet this requirement, they are not eligible for any of the levels. As for state level, the students must have also won at least one (1) bronze medal in a district level sports competitions. Students who are able to meet all of the requirements above, they are eligible to represent for national level sports events. If students meet the minimum requirements for any of the sports level, but they have been confirmed as injured by the panel doctor, they are eligible but will be noted as "Not Fit". Draw a decision table to present the logic of this system. Limit the condition value to "Y" and "N". Simplify the decision table.
