This course was very challenging and engaging. I really enjoyed everything that I learned during this course that will help me run a successful business.

What have you learned in this course and program?

What I have learned in this class is how to develop a successful, realistic, and effectivebusiness plan along with the financial outlook of things. I has taught me how to analyze my competition, be consistent, well organized, understand the market, and the bottom line of your business.

What would you have liked to learn in this class or program that was not covered?

It would have liked to learn aboutmanager's ability to assess the impact of issues or challenges beyond the organization that might arise or will have a future impact on any potential strategy. I would have loved to learn about Human Resources Management as well because this would help with improving employee turn-over rate. Having a high employee turn-over can hurt your bottom line, so I think incorporating this Human Resource Management would have been a plus for everyone taking this course.

Share three strengths you've acquired or existing skills in which you've become more proficient during this course.

The three strengths I have gained are knowing how to effectively develop and implement business strategies, establish a realistic business objective, and create a good business plan that outline the executive summary, yourcompany's overview, products and services, market analysis, organization and management team, strategy and implementation, and financial plans and projections.
