The organisation has a strong team of 20 people who have worked with the organisation for an average of 5 years. The values of the organisation are Integrity, Respect, Resourcefulness and Inclusivity. The main strategic objective is to assist individuals with disabilities and their families and caregivers in obtaining and exercising their rights and benefits as outlined in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
