A pressure tap exists at the top of the sphere, and this is connected via a tube to one side of a manometer. The other side of the manometer is connected to a pressure tap on the surface of the cylinder. This tap is located on the cylindrical surface such that no deflection of the manometer fluid takes place. Calculate the location of this tap.
