CRM First Assignment You have just been promoted to a managerial position in marketing at the company you work for. One of your oldest complaints is that the company has never invested in a CRM system to support the marketing area. Your director does not see value or understand the need for this "in their opinion" huge waste of money. This document MUST contain two parts. 1-The business part - This should look like a "letter" to your director containing: a) Introductory paragraph: Present your purpose. b) Body paragraphs/sections: A list of CRM features, advantages and benefits Explain how CRM activities relate to marketing activities List some key changes in the business environment you are planning to achieve. How can these changes ensure customer-based marketing happen properly in your company c) Conclusion: The last paragraph/section should restate your purpose, along with the actions you are recommending. 2-Your implementation project, containing: a) Clearly state your goal (what you are planning to achieve with the CRM implementation AND inform which solution you chose (not brand).
