© Majan International School, Muscat conducts online classes and online exams for its students due to Covid 19 pandemic situation. It uses its own online Learning Teaching Management system namely 'Abacus' for delivering classes and conducting exams so on which is integrated with the registration system ERP system of the school. The student is supposed to register in to the 'registration system' to obtain his/her login credentials. Once the student logs in to the registration system after validating their login credentials, it allows them to choose the standard (class) to which he/she wants to register and displays the fee details to be paid by the student. After the successful completion of the registration by paying the fee using valid card, the system provides the fees receipt with receipt number. Further, student has to register in the 'Abacus' for a specific standard by entering their student ID as user name and receipt number as password. After successful completion. of the registration by validating the details, the system sends a new user name and password to the registered mobile number f the students for accessing 'Abacus'. The teachers post all teaching materials like PPT and recorded video lectures in 'Abacus' .Interactive discussion board feature in it allows the students to raise their doubts to the teachers. Teachers conducts online classes using it, all the registered students can attend the classes. Teachers provides the feedbacks and comments for the assignments submitted by the students. Also, it is used to conduct online exams. Teachers upload a set of question papers, the system randomizes the questions. During the allotted date and time, question paper will be made available to the students for a defined period of time. Once the set time period elapses, it forces auto submission of answers. After the corrections are over in 'Abacus', the marks will be automatically updated in ERP system. (i) Develop a sequence diagram for the above given scenario.
