1. a. What is the difference between open and closed dialectic, or discourse?
b. How can the Trinitarian dialectic be arrested: e.g. in family, civil society, constitutional state, history, art, religion, philosophy, etc.
c. What Is secularization ? How did it start? How could it end?
d. What did Napoleon have to do with the bourgeois enlightenment and revolutions? Was he an enlightened? Was he a revolutionary? Was he religious? Was Hitler another, a German Napoleon?
2.a. How can we prevent religious fundamentalism or obscurantism, or secular positivism or naturalism, from closing prematurely the discourse between the sacred and the profane?
b. Can we say, that where there is no discourse, there is war: e.g. culture wars, like the Cold War, or ISIS.
c. What would happen, when the discourse between the sacred and the profane would be closed prematurely? What is the cunning of reason in history? Did Napoleon and Hitler fall victim of the cunning of reason in history?
d. What does self-reflection mean? Can it remove the abstractions between subjective reason and objective reason, between subjective freedom and objective freedom, and remove the fatal blindness in the most extreme commodity exchange societies, which leads individuals and nations, to make the wrong decisions?
3a. Why is the mutual exchange of perspectives so necessary in the discourse between the religious and the secular?
b. Why do the soldiers of the Islamic state, or ISIS, or the Caliphate of Damascus and Baghdad, not only attack symbols and people of enlightenment, e.g in Paris, the capital of the bourgeois enlightenment, but also believers of the other religions of the book, and even many of their own Islamic brothers and sisters?
c. Is ISIS really religious? Is ISIS revolutionary, or counter-revolutionary?
d. Can religion still help to restore the depleted recourses of love, meaning, and freedom in late capitalist society as extreme commodity exchange society?
4. a. Please, trace the historical development from the traditional union between the sacred and the profane, through their modern disunion, to their possible post-modern re-union.
b. Is it true, that the modern antagonism between the religious and the secular, also splits the religious communities on one hand, and the enlightenment communities, on the other.
c. Is it true, that the splits in the religious communities and in the enlightenment communities can only be overcome, when the main, global antagonism between the sacred and the profane is reconciled?
d. Please, trace the social evolution from the original union of the communistic human socities, 10 000 years ago, before the introduction of private property, through the antagonistic class societies, slave, feudal, capitalist, with their wars of thievery, and their revolutions and counter-revolutions, toward the possible, and very desirable, post-modern alternative Future III - a society, characterized by the reconciliation of personal autonomy and universal, i.e. anamnesis, present and politic solidarity. e. Could a reconstructed religion, as longing for the totally Other than the horror and terror of nature and history, and a reconstructed enlightenment, which frees people from their fears and makes them into masters of their fate, make a constructive contribution to the arrival of postmodern, alternative Future III, and the prevention of post-modem, alternative Future I - the entirely administered society, and post-modern, alternative Future II - the totally militarized society.
