A group of Boeing workers sued for injuries and disabilities from their four-year exposure to toxic chemicals. There was evidence that Boeing had known of the problem but did nothing about it. Boeing asserted that the employees could collect, if anything, under workers' compensation; the employees sued for intentional tort. Could they bring such an action?
