Teaching is a passion for me. I believe one shouldn't get bored while acquiring education. The need for education should not arise to be a part of the society. It should be there because of our curiosity, and our need to connect everything around us to each other. I have worked for a NGO as a teacher, and a batch head over the last 4 years. And I have gained experience by teaching students of various age groups, from 6 to 40 years of age. I was also the in charge of crafting their syllabus according to their learning curve and requirements. I was part of the Academic Counseling Board in my college. My job was to guide students struggling with low marks. My approach is to make the class interactive rather than reading from a book. This was any student can learn and overcome his/her mental block.
