Badger Cleaning is a house cleaning service company that competes with Merry Maids. It has 60 employees who work in teams of three. Teams go to the customers' homes where they clean whatever the customer wants. The jobs vary with each customer.
The employees of Badger are unskilled workers who are paid the going rate (minimum wage). Not surprisingly the turnover rate is high. The best employees leave as soon as they can find a better paying job. The rest are those who cannot find work elsewhere and have a bad attitude.
The hourly rate charged customers per team per hour is $60.
