In the report, you will provide a detailed summary (who, what, when, where, why, how) of your group's assigned incident. It must include an assessment of ICS activities (Command, Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Administration/Finance). It should provide examples of actions that went well, actions that didn't go well, and what your group would do to correct/improve them. The report should conclude with recommendations or detail principles of mitigation and preparedness for future incidents that are similar in nature.
