I have been teaching since I started my (B. Tech.) graduation 4 years ago. As a student, working as teacher is very difficult but made me learn the needs for students and how to help them resolve their problems efficiently. I feel good to be able to help out the students because I'm passionate about teaching. My motto for teaching is convey the knowledge I have to students in a way that makes them understand it without breaking a sweat. I had to be more loving and caring for they were like pure budding flowers. I don’t know how but in the midst of many challenges I somehow managed to win their love and respect. That is the best gift a teacher can get.
