Despite homework being an institution in the American Education system since the beginning, it seems as if both faculty and student have yet to truly figure out the best way to go about it in a productive manner. For teachers, it is a way (albeit a boring way) to prosper learning outside of the classroom. For students, they see it as inessential retreads of topics already learned in class, or work that requires extracurricular studying to even be able to accomplish. With time constraints and personal lives in the way, a lot of students would much rather avoid homework altogether than spend the hours to complete it. But, with the internet being readily available to every student (on their phone or computer), there are now more efficient ways to learn and figure out homework answers. Here are ten ways for how to find homework answers online:
Find the Answers in Your Online Textbook
If you search in the front and back pages of your physical textbook, you should be able to see that you have access to the online variant of the textbook. Get access to this online textbook and start leafing through it. I think you will see that more aid can be found in this online version than the physical version. There are extra notes and walkthroughs available, but if you have homework to complete from textbook problems, you will be able to find the answers in the very back of the book. Just go to the back of the online textbook, find the answer key for the pages you need, and just jot down what they have there. Unfortunately, they do not have specific walkthroughs for each question, but you can get the answers and piece together the ancillary information you need from the chapters themselves. Just ensure that you are able to see how you get to those answers, as your teacher may have you explain how you got the answer when you go over the questions in class.
Simply Google the Question You Are Having a Hard Time With
Google is pretty much the Wal-Mart of the internet. Literally, anything you could ever need is on there. Type in any random phrase, and you will get some result that can help you. If you are having an issue with a homework question, do yourself a favor and just Google the question in its entirety. I am not trying to tell you that you will find an in-depth guide to every intricacy of the question, but you will find some piece of information that either answers the question or can put you on the right path to solving the question on your own. Google really is not where you want to go to get the specific answer. That could happen, but it is really just a starting place to getting to the answer you need.
Consult Quora, Reddit, and Other Forums Like These
The internet is an ever-expansive playground, with a site for just about anything. The playground aspect also prompts conversations and communities to come together on forum websites, such as Quora and Reddit. These are websites designed for conversations and questions being asked. Just go to any one of these sites, ask a question, and someone will help you out with an in-depth answer. You can use these forum sites to your advantage when trying to complete your homework. Search for the question you need to be answered on the site, and I would be willing to guess that some result will pop-up that can answer your question. You would be better off just searching and not asking the question yourself, as it may take too much time for it to be answered.
Ask Tutors or Classmates on an Educational Social Network Group
In the same vein that the forums work due to the conversations that happen within them, social media networks have become the most popular websites on the internet because it gives people an opportunity to have continued connections with both their real-life friends and family and people they have yet to meet in person from all over the globe. Due to this ever-reaching connection, you can have, the opportunities for scholastic help are endless. There are so many groups on Facebook alone that serve as study groups willing to help anyone with any problem. You can use this to your advantage by asking people in these groups to answers any homework question you may have. If you do not have the desire to join the studying groups I mentioned, you could always opt for communicating with your classmates via social media. You guys will all be doing the same assignments, so it would make sense for you to use them as a resource to find answers. Someone of your classmates will either be more well-versed in the topic your homework is in, or they will just have the opportunity to start the homework before you. If you have a good relationship with your classmates, I am sure it would be no problem for you to convince somebody to forward you their answers. My suggestion would be to not only get the answers from them but also ask them how they happened upon the answers. This way, if you have a homework assignment that is similar in the future, you will not have to worry about it and can complete it in a faster manner.
Listen to Online Lectures to Figure Out Ways to Answer Questions
There are some outside the box avenues that you can look to for homework answers online. One of the most unique options you have available to you is online lectures. This method is more in-line with my first method, searching for the answers through studying materials. You will not find any actual answers this way, but these can be a great tool for learning how to find out the answers yourselves. Websites such as YouTube and Lynda offer online lectures, ranging from twenty minutes to three hours on just about any topic you could possibly want to learn about. You will most definitely find the key to finishing your homework through online lectures.
Use an Answer Application
Although conventional wisdom may tell you to just look on the internet for your answers, you may be holding the answers in your hand in the form of your phone. There are plenty of applications on both app stores that can get you the answers that you need. The applications were made by former students that, like yourself, felt the need for extra help to be able to complete their homework assignments. Their former students use the knowledge they had from school to be able to answer your homework questions. You may even encounter an application that was created by students who went to your school many years back. They will be more than qualified to help you with solving your homework questions. These apps will either serve to answer your specific questions or include the most popular homework questions that you may have to answer.
Search for Professionals in the Subject You Need Help In
The internet gives you access to all sorts of people, the type of people that will have no problem giving you aid in your homework. All over the internet, there are industry professionals that spend their days giving out information that they have from their industry. You need to get your search on and find the professionals that have the information on the subject you need. Once you find this person, there are a couple of different options. If they write articles, you may be able to find the information you need from those. Or, you could attempt to contact them on social media and see if they can’t give you the answers that you need, so you can complete your homework.
Use an online Tutoring Website
As a last resort, you can always search for an online tutor that would not mind giving you the information you need to complete your homework. This will cost you some money, but there are plenty of well-informed tutors on the internet that will have no problem giving you the aid that you require. The positive aspect of getting an online tutor is that they will not only be able to give you your homework answers now but in the future. He or she will also be able to tutor you, so you will no longer need them to just give you the answers you seek. If you sign-up with one of these tutoring websites, you will also be able to have access to study materials. These include guides and textbook answers that you can use to answer homework questions as well. You will be smarter overall and be able to complete the homework on your own without the need of the answers being provided to you.
