Giggle, Inc. writes a check to Computer Co. to pay for a truckload of hard drives. The next day, Giggle discovers that all the boxes on the truck are filled with bricks. The company asks its bank to stop payment on the check. In the meantime, Computer has indorsed the check to Cosmo to pay him for the food he provided for Computer’s annual holiday party.
