Identify a problem which you believe that you have a solution in your workplace.
In a memo write a paragraph identifying the problem addressed to your department head.
Use the concepts and methods in Objective 4 to convince your boss that your suggestion will work.
Include concrete examples, anticipate any objectives he/she may have AND
Emphasize benefits and the specific action to be taken.
When you have finished with your memo, proofread it and compare it to Objective 4.
