Job Responsibilities
- Marketing, Content & Campaign Support
- Support the marketing team daily and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for innovative social media, paid ads, and promotional campaigns
- Plan and create engaging content — social posts, short videos, memes, newsletters, and more
- Record short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, Stories) showcasing how SolutionInn helps students
- Draft and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
- Help with planning and execution of future campaigns and on-campus promotions
- Actively reach out to student creators and micro-influencers for our Affiliate Program to grow our network and drive new sign-ups
- Drive sign-ups and conversions by promoting SolutionInn’s platform to your friends, classmates, clubs, and student communities
- Use sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo to find and follow up with leads
- Earn commission on successful referrals and bonuses for top performance
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse student groups in person and online.
- Ability to build relationships and encourage participation in programs.
- Awareness of campus trends and student interests.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about community building.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student and actively involved in the communities.
Job Experience
- Undergraduates from all majors encouraged to apply.
