Next, Suzie tells Harv that the company is going through a routine internal audit of its personnel files and that she found a number of documents in the files that contain inappropriate notations (such as comments about an individual's age, remarks about how sexy the individual is, etc.) and some I-9 forms that are unsigned.
Harv tells Jenn to remove the inappropriate documents from the files and sign and have the employees sign and backdate the I-9 documents. Suzie refuses to do either, and Harv calls her insubordinate.
