MINI CASE 

Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) is simply too good of a London police officer for the department. His 400 percent arrest record makes the other officers look bad. The department reassigns him to the allegedly sleepy town of Sandford. Angel’s new partner Danny Butterman (Nick Frost) has more interest in films than police work [his father is Inspector Frank Butterman (Frank Broadbent)]. Their team relationship develops over time leading to a genuine partnership and the discovery that Sandford is not as sleepy as it appears.
Leadership: Transactional and Transformational
This two-part sequence comes from different parts of the film. A title screen separates each part. Part I opens with Danny Butterman sliding his chair to get closer to Nicholas Angel. He asks, “What’s it like being stabbed?” This part ends in the locker room after Butterman says, “Same again tomorrow?” Angel responds “Yeah” as he removes his civilian clothes from the locker.
Part II begins as Angel enters the corridor that leads to his apartment. It ends at the station with Angel and Butterman talking at the table. Butterman says, “People have accidents every day.” Angel laughs with his head on the table.
