Find the Columbia Sportswear Company Annual Report located in Appendix A and go to the section entitled Design and Evaluation of Internal Control over Financial Reporting starting on page 758. Now access the 2010 Annual Report for Under Armour, Inc., from the Internet.
For instructions on how to access the report online, see the Industry Analysis in Chapter 1. On page 70 of the Annual Report, you’ll find a section (Item 9A) where they discuss the company’s controls and procedures.
