Refer to Data Set 15 in Appendix B. The axial loads are the weights that were applied before the cans collapsed. Construct two separate frequency tables for the cans that are 0.0111 in. thick. In the first table, do not include the value of 504 lb. Start the first class at 200 lb and use a class width of 20 lb. The load of 504 lb is called an outlier because it is far away from all the other values. Construct a second frequency table which does include that value. Compare the results, and interpret the effect of the outlier on the results.
