Refer to Data Set 20 in Appendix B, and construct a frequency table with 10 classes of the annual unemployment rates for Canada. The table you construct will have no reference to time or year. Compare the table with the original data, and evaluate whether the unemployment numbers appear random with respect to time, or whether time is associated in some way with the results of the frequency distribution.
