All office staff members have access to the cupboard. e hotel General Manager has become increasingly concerned by the amount of office supplies being used and feels too much of the purased office supplies are being taken home by the administration staff. Presently, staff help themselves to supplies and record the supplies taken on a note pad aaed to the inside of the cupboard door. e General Manager has suggested to you that a new staff member be hired to handle all issues of office stationery to staff as well as stationery purases.
