Find the XBRL element (tag) name and description for Cost of Goods and Services Sold and Dividends in the 2022 XBRL taxonomy using the Search Command.

Steps: 

1. Open a web browser, and go to xbrlview.fasb.org. 

2. Click the+ next to US GAAP (2022), highlight “All (Main/Entire)” and click “Open”. 

3. Find the Search window at the bottom of the screen to search for “Cost of Goods and Services Sold” and “Dividends,” and select the appropriate XBRL element/

account name. 

4. Copy the documentation, or definition of the selected XBRL account.
