i. Estimate the EP for all the sectors and the building sector. Comment on the variation over the years.

ii. Considering the EP value for the building sector for 2018, consider the impact of energy-efficiency programs on the EP value under the three scenarios for the annual changes in both VA and TFC (relative to the values in 2013) (i) ΔVA = −10 percent and ΔTFC = −5 percent, (ii) ΔVA = 0 percent and ΔTFC = −5 percent, and (iii) ΔVA = 10 percent and ΔTFC = −5 percent. Assess under these scenarios if the energy program is effective in improving the building sector EP.

iii. Under the best scenario, determine the impact of the energy-efficiency program on the overall economy EP.
