Exercise 7.4 Import the data of ‘osteoporosismultiple.txt’ into R and perform a Bayesian probit regression analysis using the DA approach of Example VII.9 predicting overweight (BMI > 25) from age and length. Give normal diffuse priors to the regression parameters. Assess the convergence of the Markov chains with CODA or BOA and improve their convergence rate if necessary.
