: Grab some coworkers and block off 30 to 45 minutes to test out the prioritization matrix process. As a group, identify some initiatives or projects the organization is contemplating over the next 9 to 12 months. Then use the prioritization matrix to debate, argue, and arm wrestle about where to position each of these projects vis-à-vis each other on the priority matrix.
