Inspired by a popular television program, and with an eye toward improving employees’ general health, your company has decided to sponsor a “Biggest Loser Contest.”Those interested in participating must weigh in each Monday during the ten-week program. In addition, they must attend a two-hour session about diet, nutrition, and exercise. The session will be offered at three different times/days during the week before the contest begins. The individual who loses the greatest percentage of body weight will be named the winner and receive a one-year paid membership at 24/7, a local fitness center.
