To prepare for an upcoming presentation, create a storyboard. Use software, a PowerPoint template, or paper and sticky notes. Draw pictures and write a few words to capture what you would create on each slide. If you do this activity in groups, walk through your storyboard with another team for their feedback. How might you reorder sections and change content to improve the organization? Also give each other feedback on the storyboard itself. Is it clear? Do you have enough content to develop the slides? What else would be helpful to include at this point in the planning process?
