a. Identify ways in which Sorenson demonstrates character—his humility, vulnerability, courage, compassion, and so on. In addition, does he convey hope, resiliency, and optimism?

b. Who are his primary and secondary audiences? Note the title of the video, and yet the video is published on YouTube.

c. What are his key messages? What main points do you take away from the video?

d. What are your thoughts about the medium? Was a video the best choice? Why or why not?
