In the last two chapters, we have examined clickwrap boxes. Sometimes, courts refuse to enforce clickwrap terms because of problems with acceptance or consideration, but usually, the terms are enforced. Is there a way to make clickwraps fair to both sides? Would it be better to ban clickwrap boxes altogether?
