Young sold a residential lot to Sorrell without revealing that the lot had been filled. The landfill was not obvious, and Sorrell could not have been reasonably expected to detect it. When Sorrell discovered the landfill, he sued Young and asked the court to rescind the agreement. Young claimed he was under no obligation to reveal the fill to Sorrell. Was Young, correct? Explain.
