Are any of the following in violation of the DMCA?

(a) 24-year-old Jorge Romero allegedly uploaded the first four episodes of the TV show 24 to the Internet and posted links to the pirated content on other Web sites to make it easier for viewers to find them.

(b) YouTVpc.

com and Peekvid.com provide users with menus of links to video clips that are stored on other Web sites’ computer servers. Many of those video clips are protected by copyright.
