Airlines around the world grounded their fleet of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft following two crashes in which 346 people lost their lives.  A problem with the plane's anti-stall mechanism, believed to have caused both crashes, has been corrected--at least to the satisfaction of Boeing.  But recent media coverage indicates that travelers may not be so confident.  Design a qualitative study to reveal the underlying issues contributing to traveler concern and what more Boeing may have to do to successfully relaunch the 737 MAX.
