5. To investigate the changes in serum endothelial cell-specific molecule-1 (ESM-1)

after multiple trauma, 12 litters of three mice were randomly allocated to three groups. Three types of multiple trauma (types A, B, and C) models were built for each group. Then 4 ml of venous blood was collected, serum was separated, and ESM-1 level (ng/ml) was measured in batches. The results are given in Table 12.12.
