.globalpartnership.org) shows that the civil society organization and teacher organization representation in local education groups (LEG) has grown throughout the years.

In the overall growth, 34% are from countries not affected by fragility and conf lict (FCAC). The not FCAC comprises 59% of LEGs with teacher organizations. Those under the FCAC comprises 73% of LEGs with civil society organizations.
