Agricultural analysts are studying three different ways of planting wheat to determine whether significantly different levels of production yield will result. The analysts have access to a large farm on which to conduct their tests. They identify six blocks of land. In each block of land, wheat is planted in each of the three different ways. At the end of the growing season, the wheat is harvested and the average number of tonnes per hectare is determined for wheat planted under each method in each block. Using the following data and α = 0.01, test to determine whether there is a significant difference in yields among the planting methods.
