c. If the process is in control, given an upper specification limit of 1.2 with no lower specification limit:

i. estimate the percentage of uploads within specification ii. calculate CPU

d. If AMS requires 99.7% of all uploads to be within the specification limits, comment on the capability of the process based on your calculations in (c)
