Review your printed General Journal. If you note an error at this point, it can be easily fixed. With the General Journal report on your screen, place your cursor over the incorrect entry (it will resemble a magnifying glass with a “z” in the center). Double click on the entry you wish to correct and you will be taken to the General Journal Entry window that contains the entry. You may edit it using the same procedures as editing an unposted entry in step LO.1
