Requirements:
Prepare and print the following reports using the Jason Galas Attorney at Law PC file.
1 Prepare and print an Accounts Receivable Aging Summary report for January 31, 2012, with a right page layout formatted without cents and without the date prepared or time prepared fields. Memorize as AR Aging in a group with your name. Then write a brief paragraph in which you explain the status of the largest balance—that is, how old it is, what was sold, and so on.
2 Prepare and print an Accounts Payable Aging Summary report for January 31, 2012, with a left page layout formatted without cents and without the date prepared or time prepared fields. Memorize as AP Aging in a group with your name. Then write a brief paragraph in which you explain, as before, the status of the largest balance—that is, how old it is and what was purchased.
