Poor Sarah Jane not only had a short-lived marriage but found out that her supposedly $45,000 ring
Question:
Poor Sarah Jane not only had a short-lived marriage but found out that her supposedly $45,000 ring was worth only half that amount. It seems that the jeweler had misrepresented it to her now ex-husband. Sarah Jane now brings an action against the jeweler for breach of an express warranty. Can she sue even though she was not the purchaser or, in fact, any purchaser?
