Data Set 4: Cigarette Tar, Nicotine, and Carbon Monoxide All measurements are in milligrams per cigarette. CO denotes carbon monoxide. The king size ciga- rettes are nonfiltered, nonmenthol, and non-light. The menthol cigarettes are 100 mm long, filtered, and non-light. The cigarettes in the third group are 100 mm long, filtered, nonmenthol, and non- light. Data are from the Federal Trade Commission.
