And where better to fi nd a business idea than from the unmet needs of the people in your community. Whilst working as expatriates in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, Canadian-Indian-born Davinder Rao and Indian-born Ravi Bhusari wanted to make friends and play sports but found that most social activities revolved around going to bars or visiting shopping malls. They had already organized some 20 expat friends to play Frisbee on a regular basis and reasoned that if they wanted to do this, other expats might also be interested as well. Furthermore, there might be a business opportunity behind their idea.
