The robber left without further incident, and Garafolo was treated in the emergency room of a nearby hospital, receiving several stitches. At the insistence of his physician, Garafolo then visited a therapist, who treated him for stress. 

a. Can Garafolo collect workers’ compensation for the laceration he suffered during the robbery?
b. Can Garafolo collect workers’ compensation for the stress he experienced as a result of the robbery?
c. If Garafolo collects any form of workers’ compensation, and the robber is later apprehended, could Garafolo sue the robber for both the laceration and the stress?
