All forms, earthwork, clearing, etc., to be provided and maintained by others at no cost to Memco Construction. 2. General Contractor shall provide location for staging, stockpiling material, equipment, and storage at the job site. 3. Memco Construction shall be paid strictly based upon the amount of material actually used on the job. 4. All prep work, including geotechnical fabrics, geomembrane liners, etc., to be done by others at no cost to Memco Construction. 5. Water is to be available at project site at no charge to Memco Construction. 6. Dewatering to be done by others at no cost to Memco Construction. 7. Traffic control setup, devices, maintenance, and flagmen are to be provided by others at no cost to Memco Construction. 8. Memco Construction LLC may withdraw this bid if we do not receive a written confirmation that we are the apparent low sub-bidder within 10 days of your receipt of this proposal. 9.
