(a) The employee’s pay may be determined according to family circumstances
(b) The employee’s tax deductions may take account of tax allowance and relief entitlement
(c) The employee’s National Insurance contribution may be determined accordingly
(d) The employee’s cost of living allowance may take into account family circumstances
